Refund Policy on Koi Purchases and koi ordered thru Utah Koi:

All Sales are Final

I guarantee Live delivery only on All Koi Orders....

All Koi Orders are pre-paid. Once money is placed on a koi order...All sales are final.We have to pay for the koi on our end and we are not able to get our money back once we place the order with our supplier..breeders.All our sales are final also.


Buyer Agree's to pay for shipping to them Once Koi are out of Quaratine. We Quarantine for 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping will not be charged on Credit card until date We shipped.
If you want us to told the koi for any reason after it's out of quarantine and ready to ship to you. We will do all we can to keep your koi healthy and take care of it. Because it is a Live Animal we can not place quarantee's on it , nor can we be held finanically responsible if the Koi dies while in our care.

If a Koi dies in shipping to us or at our facility...We will guarntee that we will replace that fish with equal or greater value. We will do our best to match as close as we can to the patterns you choose on your order to us. Again All sales are final but we do our best to replace lost fish to the best of our ability. You are responsible for the shipping once the replaced koi are ready to to ship to you.....

To desgin the Plumbing and Filtration for your pond :

Under 2,000 Gallon ponds: $250.00 includes coming and seeing the pond.

2,100 Gallon Ponds to 4,000 Gallon Ponds: $990.00

4,100 Gallon Ponds to 8,000 Gallon Ponds: $1,500.00

8,100 Gallons Ponds to 14,000 Ponds: $1,800.00

14,100 Gallon ponds to 25,000 Gallon Ponds: $2,800.00

Ponds Larger will be quoted when at the site.

Return Policy

We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing top quality products. If you wish to return an item within 10 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive an In Store Credit toward the purchase of another item.

After 10 days All Sales Are Final and no Refund for Store Credit will be issued. This includes all Filtration,skimmers,air pumps, water pumps of any kind and all items sold by Utah Koi.

All returned items must be unused in original condition and original packaging. Personalized, food, or chemical items may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you return an item that qualified for free or reduced shipping, any shipping savings will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by phone at 1-800-270-4211 or 801-965-8767. Please provide us your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. We will then issue you an RMA number that must be written on the return shipping label. You will pay the shipping cost to us.There will also be a 20% Restocking Fee.

Please insure and track any returned packages.Have the Item you want to Exchange for in Dollar Value for in store credit toward other items. Upon receiving and examining returned items will determine the exchange.. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed Exchange or partial in-store credit, or refusal of the returned items.

When you give your credit card number and expriration date to Utah Koi with the intent to purchase any item from Utah Koi : you agree that whether you call in to order items by phone,Internet order or in person is the same as if you had signed a reciept in Person with your r Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express.

Any Disputes or Mistakes will be worked out with Utah Koi's Return, Refund for In Store Credit, Damages and Missing Items' policies.



Damages & Missing Items

If you have received an item that has been damaged or are missing items from your order, contact us by phone at 1-800-270-4211or 801-965-8767 within 5 business days of receipt.

Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. You will need to provide us a description of the damage to the item as well as the condition of any packaging.Contact the Shipping company immediately. The Products are insured when we ship them.

The customer will be responsible for returning the items according to the return policy plus the shipping costs.

For missing items, please make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. Sometimes small items such as books are shipped inside other items to protect them during shipping. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful to check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered. The missing item tracking procedure typically takes 7-14 business days to complete and consists of an inventory level verification, package weight verification.. You may or may not be contacted by the package carrier (ie UPS, FedEx) during this time.
